Practice monitor vs. full simulator — what actually separates them
The difference between the Mevo and the Mevo+ is bigger than the plus sign suggests: the $299 original Mevo is a practice-only ball-flight monitor, while the $1,099 Mevo+ is a full launch monitor that drives simulator software. Both are now discontinued in favor of the Mevo Gen2, but certified-pre-owned and closeout stock still sells.

Can the original Mevo run a golf simulator?
